Fund Education Cambodia (FEC), founded by Chath pierSath, is currently being developed into a 501c-3 non-profit, where it can receive financial support from individuals or grants from various groups and organizations outside of Cambodia to develop and implement the various phases of the Maha Ghosananda School of Preah Vihear.

As described in the concept paper for the school, an advisory board based in the United States and a local board based in Cambodia are also being developed as part of the school.

Fund Education Cambodia (FEC) will become the fiscal recipient for the Maha Ghosananda School of Preah Vihear and its relevant educational activities that support students, as well as professional exchanges between Cambodia and the United States and others around the world, including scholarship funds and teaching exchanges.

The first general phase of Fund Education Cambodia, however, will be to raise money for the physical structure of the school and its curriculum development, as they are described in the objectives stated in the concept paper. Though its non-profit status is pending, Fund Education Cambodia would welcome contributions towards its start up phase.

Chath pierSath, through his art work, and as a chairperson and founder, will continue to raise money for and help to oversee the various phases of the school's development, with the goal of fulfilling all of its mission and vision.
